Motel 6 Greenville, SC - I-85 Near Downtown

Good experience overall. The location is convenient, the property is well maintained, and the service was smooth. Perfect for a short stay at a fair price.

I recently stayed here and they’ve made a lot of upgrades recently. The place is quiet, and the front desk is staffed 24/7, which was really convenient. Housekeeping was consistent, and overall the property felt safe.

We pulled in late at night needing a room. Was originally told none available. We were standing in the parking lot and the manager (Patrick) came and spoke with us and told us that he would clean a room for us to stay in. He didn’t have the staff to clean rooms, so they actually had none available.. but he (Patrick) made sure we had a place to rest comfortably for the night. He truly went above and beyond for us! We couldn’t be more appreciative for his kindness he showed us!

It served its purpose. Refrigerator was way too tiny. And it didn't keep items cold enough. Even though it was full blast. Could have used a stove since we stayed here over 3 weeks. The cable only worked for 5 days, and after 2 notification to the front desk, we simply gave up on it. Over half the laundry machines were out of order, but we managed. A convince store was next door so technically in walking distance. Across the street was a Waffle House, which was also helpful. We did have a few times where our key cards didn't work, but they fixed them right away. Out of the entire stay only 2 nights did we have a next door guest who was probably on something because he kept yelling profanity and seemed to be fighting with someone throughout the night. Other then that, friendly staff. I would stay at Motel 6 again. FYI: if you will need to stay longer than 7 days or more. Book an EXTENDED STAY either by letting them know while booking the room or at the bottom of the app. Select "Extended Stay", you pay much less than what you would pay on a daily rate. For me, the difference was $69 per night to $45 per night. Also ask for a room with stove a larger refrigerator. These rooms are typically reserved for "Extended Stay" customers. But are available upon request. I didn't know that.. Okay hope this helps someone.

Motel 6 has been great to me & has treated me and my wife with all most up respect. The housekeeping is always on point meaning that like laundry and you know rooms stay clean and just good hospitality make you feel welcome like you're at home I will really recommend motel 6 thank you guys

I had a comfortable stay at Motel 6. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and the check-in process was quick. Great value for the price
